Shipping and Returns Policy

Dispatch

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days but we may need up to 10 business days in times of high volume orders or during sale periods.
  • You will first receive an Order Confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch.
  • After the order has been dispatched, you can expect the delivery time frames listed below.

Delivery Options

  • We post items in Australia only.
  • Australia Post Express Parcel Post with Tracking: Please allow up to 4 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
  • Australia Post Standard Parcel Post with Tracking: Please allow up to 10 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
  • Standard and Express parcel post has a fixed price up to 500g weight. The price will vary for large orders depending on the location.
  • Free shipping on orders of $59.99 and above.
  • A Safe Drop Option is only available if informed earlier in writing. It is your responsibility to have someone sign for the parcel.

Large orders

  • May be shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse. Which may take longer and we will have a NO return policy on these.

Cancellation of Order

  • You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch your order, however, a 20 % restocking fee will apply.
  • If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, if any.
  • If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods, we will refund the price of the goods only minus a 20 % restocking fee.
  • The option to cancel your order is not available if the Goods are made or altered to your specification.
  • If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the Goods, you must return them to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, worn or damaged.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning them.
  • To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, please include short note including your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • If you fail to return the goods, within 14 days, we are entitled to arrange for their collection. If we do we shall look to you to repay us the cost of collection.
  • We will refund your money within 30 days.
  • This paragraph does not affect your rights in the event that the Goods are faulty.

Returns Policy

  • You may return unused, as new items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customised order may be excluded.
  • You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will not be refunded any Delivery Charges.
  • It is up to you to pay the return shipping costs.
  • No credit will be given for used or damaged items.
